Premier Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer a new service featuring some of our finest homes available for rent for periods ranging from 6 months to one year. These home are available either furnished or unfurnished, as shown on each description.

Security Deposits
Renters must provide a deposit equal to 1 and a half month's rent. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period following an inspection.

Utilities
All prices quoted do not include utilities, unless otherwise stated. It is the reponsibility of the renter for any deposit required by the utility companies.

Pets
Several of our homes are pet friendly. Please inquire.

Renter Applicants
Renters applying to rent any Premier home on a long term basis must provide references and personal indentification so brief background and financial checks may be conducted. There is a small fee which must be paid when submitting an application.

Home Inspection
Premier is happy to have prospective renters visit any home to assess it's suitability for the renter's needs. A member of the Premier staff will accompany any inspection visit.
